Value Stream Manager Details:

Direct Hire position
-
$95,000.00 to $120,000.00 /annually
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday)

Lead, coach, and develop Area Coaches and production associates to drive performance and talent growth.

Oversee daily value stream operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.

Monitor and improve operational performance through KPIs, resource planning, and production management.

Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.

Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve operational challenges and improve performance.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while promoting a strong safety culture.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including EH&S, Quality, and Human Resources, to achieve operational goals.

Manage value stream budgets, resources, and financial performance to meet business objectives.

Leverage data, digital tools, and AI technologies to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Foster a culture of accountability, employee engagement, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
Value Stream Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
-
7+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, product development, and/or business management.

Experience in forklift, automotive, heavy equipment, or similar manufacturing environments.

Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
