We are seeking an experienced Logistics Software Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales organization. This role is responsible for recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing team while personally contributing to strategic revenue growth and key account acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SaaS Account Executives, SDRs, and sales professionals
- Build and execute sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Establish and manage KPIs, pipeline targets, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and deal strategy meetings
- Partner with marketing and leadership teams to improve lead generation and conversion rates
- Manage complex sales cycles with transportation companies, carriers, brokers, and fleet operators
- Develop relationships with executive decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Present Fleet Owl's technology solutions through virtual and in-person demonstrations
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within CRM platforms
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve sales effectiveness
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B software sales experience
- 2+ years of sales leadership or sales management experience
- Experience selling logistics, transportation, fleet management, telematics, TMS, SaaS, or related technology solutions strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies
- Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholder deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
