Core Value Insurance Group is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead a high-performing Medicare sales organization consisting of 9 Sales Managers and more than 150 licensed insurance agents.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role focused on driving production, accountability, coaching, and performance. We are not seeking a corporate strategist or business development executive. We are looking for a leader who thrives on managing people, improving processes, tracking metrics, and driving daily sales results.

Directly manage 9 Sales Managers and indirectly oversee 150+ licensed agents

Drive daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales performance

Hold managers accountable to production, activity, and quality standards

Analyze KPIs, conversion rates, productivity, and sales results

Coach and develop managers and future leaders

Improve sales processes and operational efficiency

Partner with executive leadership to support continued growth

5+ years of sales leadership experience

3+ years managing managers in a high-volume sales environment

Experience leading teams of 100+ sales professionals

Strong understanding of sales metrics, reporting, and performance management

Proven track record of improving sales results through coaching, accountability, and process improvement

Medicare, insurance, call center, or financial services experience preferred
