Our fast-paced, single-specialty medical practice is seeking a dedicated, hands-on Medical Office Specialist to join our team. Hiring immediately for a full-time position to handle daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong computer and data entry skills with high attention to accuracy.
- Experience with patient scheduling, appointment coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to prepare patients for exams and ensure accurate documentation.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills in a busy environment.
- Professional, positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 years of experience in insurance verification.
- At least 1 years of experience in a fast-paced medical office.
- Ophthalmology or retina experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to manage patient data with accuracy.
- Solid work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
