Responsibilities

Support daily restaurant operations and help lead fast-paced shifts

Coach, support, and develop Team Members while maintaining high standards

Help foster a positive and professional team culture focused on accountability and teamwork

Ensure strong guest experiences through hospitality, speed, accuracy, and operational excellence

Support Front of House and Back of House operational execution

Delegate responsibilities and help support team efficiency during busy operations

Maintain cleanliness, organization, food safety, and operational standards

Work alongside leadership and the Owner/Operator to support restaurant growth and development
Qualifications & Skills

Previous leadership experience required
