As a Utility team member at Oyster House, you will support the kitchen and front-of-house operations by maintaining cleanliness and ensuring everything runs smoothly. This includes dishwashing, trash removal, cleaning, and assisting with food prep as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in a timely and thorough manner.

Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.

Assist in food prep and stocking as needed.

Empty trash and recycling bins and help maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
Qualifications:

Previous utility or dishwashing experience preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
