The System Administrator and AI Enablement Specialist leads the deployment and administration of Brava to power modern, AI-enabled hotel operations. This role combines technical system expertise with strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration to centralize workflows, unify data, and activate AI across the organization. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and visionary, capable of translating business goals into scalable, technology-driven solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities

Administer and deploy Brava as an enterprise operational platform

Integrate AI tools and enterprise systems into unified workflows

Education & Training

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Training or experience in system administration, automation, or AI platforms
Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of workflow automation, data integration, and system administration
