Do you have a passion for customer service and creating unforgettable first impressions? We're looking for an energetic, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing luxury salon team.
As the first face our guests see, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming experience while helping our salon run smoothly every day.
What You'll Do
- Welcome clients, guests, and vendors with exceptional hospitality
- Answer a multi-line phone system and schedule appointments
- Manage client information, data entry, and appointment records accurately
- Process payments and assist with client checkout
- Coordinate appointments and support daily salon operations
- Help maintain a clean, organized, luxury front desk environment
- Work closely with our management and technician team to deliver a five-star experience
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and able to learn new technology quickly
- Excellent on the phone with outstanding communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Vietnamese) is a plus, but not required
- Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, medical office, or administrative experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
