Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Follow sanitation procedures to keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with health standards
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems to accurately process orders and payments swiftly
- Monitor food safety practices when handling garnishes or accompanying food items
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including drink recipes and specials to assist guests effectively
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and adhering to legal drinking age regulations
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a lively environment
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management to uphold hygiene standards
- Experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and transactions
