Summary: To provide personnel support through all aspects of Human Resources, and to provide administrative support as needed by performing the following duties:
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Assists in coordinating all aspects of Human Resource Management under the supervision of the Director of Payroll and Benefit Management.
2. Performs routine administrative functions including drafting word processing correspondence, drafting memos and reports.
3. Maintains personnel files in an organized and accessible manner to include updating information along with filing correspondence and other related information in a timely manner.
4. Assists in overseeing human resources interactions with outside services.
5. Calculates and enters timecards into computer system bi-weekly.
6. Assists with tracking annual increases, vacation time, personal time, payroll deductions, status changes and employee evaluations, and keeps management informed.
7. Assists with processing Workers’ Compensation claims by assuring all paperwork is filled out confirming status of employee.
8. Acts as employee benefits liaison between insurance carriers and process appropriate
documents as needed. Assists in reconciling insurance bills.
9. Operates standard office equipment to include:
- Computer/printer
- Calculator
- Fax machine
- Photocopy machine
10. Performs other related duties as assigned.
11. Assume all duties of the Benefits and Payroll Administrator lll in her/his absence.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Benefits/Payroll Experience preferred
Administrative and accounting preferred
Certifications/Licenses:
Complete and pass physical and negative TB test.
Fingerprint and Criminal Record clearance required. FBI and child abuse index.
Valid Driver’s License and proof of current insurance if driving on behalf of EES
Meet staffing qualifications and operational regulations adopted by both Community Care
Licensing and California Department of Education
