No experience? No problem! We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Introduce our life insurance products and services
- Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents
- Build rapport with potential customers
- Accurately update customer information in our system
- Meet daily and weekly calling goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Basic computer skills
- Previous call center or sales experience is a plus, but not required
