Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible

Former permanent staff of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required

RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days
-
Only 1 holiday RTO request is permitted, and consecutive days of RTO around the holiday period will not be approved

RTO must be spread throughout the contract period and not clustered around holidays
