In this role, you will leverage your expertise in cosmetics, to connect with clients, showcase LYS BEAUTY products, and drive sales.
We’re growing our Sales team and looking for passionate Brand Experts to represent LYS Beauty in Sephora locations!
If you love beauty, sales, and educating clients on innovative products, this opportunity is for you. Sephora experience is a plus but not required – we’re looking for individuals who are strong sellers, eager to inspire and connect.
Locations:
Tampa Internationa, Wiregrass, Hyde Park and BRANDON - surround Sephora locations. for LYS BEAUTY.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation and flexibility to support multiple Sephora locations in your market
Availability Friday–Sunday (Flexibility)
Passion for artistry, education, and client engagement

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable LYS BEAUTY products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and makeup applications to enhance customer experience and boost sales
- Build strong client relationships through personalized communication to encourage repeat business.
- Upsell LYS BEAUTY products and promote new products to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays, stock levels, and product knowledge to ensure an inviting shopping environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in beauty & cosmetics sales or retail environments.
- Knowledge of cosmetology, and makeup application.
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
