- We are looking for DSPs in an independent contractor role, to support our clients who are energetic, intelligent, and with the goal for them to optimize independence in their community including their job, volunteer location, and/or community settings. Job duties required are:
1. Helping to support them in their homes, community and learn new activities such as bowling, painting, baking, or new places to visits.
2. Develop social skills and learn to make friends
3. Make connections in their community and locate a meaningful volunteer position
4. Become trained in applying Applied Behavior Analysis and using techniques to support those with autism
5. Educating the participant's family and team on the client's plan in order to promote some independence
6. Valid driver license/Reliable Vehicle is A MUST!
7. Open to possibly working at multiple locations
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
