Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving & Inspection: Unload incoming shipments, verify packing slips against physical inventory, and inspect goods for damage.
- Material Movement: Move raw materials to production lines and transport finished goods to the warehouse using pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Order Picking: Accurately pull and stage orders for outgoing shipments based on pick lists.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards) and perform daily safety checks on equipment.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with handheld scanners and basic computer entry.
