Outside Sales Representative / Customer Solutions Advisor

Pay: Starting at $50,000+ per year, depending on experience, plus performance incentives
Quality Aluminum is hiring an Outside Sales Representative/Customer Solutions Advisor to help grow our residential and contractor customer base.
This position is about more than measuring jobs. We need someone who can listen to customers, understand their concerns, recommend practical solutions, gather complete project information, and consistently follow up until the customer makes a decision.
Responsibilities
* Generate new leads and promptly contact prospective customers
* Schedule and complete job-site visits
* Take accurate measurements
* Gather complete notes, photographs, customer requests, and access information
* Educate homeowners and contractors about available solutions
* Recommend products that best fit the customer’s needs
* Submit complete project information to our home office for quoting
* Confirm that customers receive their quotes
* Consistently follow up on open quotes and sales opportunities
* Maintain accurate and organized customer records in Jobber
* Build long-term relationships with homeowners and contractors
* Represent Quality Aluminum professionally in the community
Our home office prepares the quotes. Your responsibility is to make sure the quoting team has everything needed to prepare an accurate proposal without returning to the job site.
Qualifications
* One to two years of construction, home improvement, outside sales, or related experience preferred
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Accurate, organized, and dependable
* Professional appearance and strong work ethic
* Comfortable speaking with homeowners and contractors
* Basic computer and spreadsheet skills
* Ability to learn and use Jobber and CompanyCam
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Problem-solving mindset and genuine desire to help customers
* Ability to work independently and consistently follow through
