What You'll Do
- Perform collision repairs according to manufacturer specifications and repair plans
- Repair and replace damaged body panels and vehicle components
- Review repair plans and verify parts needed to complete quality repairs
- Identify additional repair needs and communicate supplement requirements
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Work closely with estimators, parts personnel, and fellow technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of professional collision repair experience
- Ability to perform quality body repairs on damaged vehicles
- Understanding of repair plans and manufacturer repair procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe, high-quality repairs
- I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus
