Insurance Company Hiring Office Staff
We are a professional insurance company looking to hire an organized, responsible, and communicative office staff member. If you are a quick learner with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Requirements:
-Proficient in computer operation, able to quickly learn and use office software and systems
-Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong communication skills
-P&C insurance license preferred, but not required – training will be provided for the right candidate
-Positive work attitude, strong learning ability, and willingness to grow with the company
Job Responsibilities:
-Answer phone calls and assist clients, handle policy-related matters
-Provide insurance quotes, organize and input client information
-Process policy changes, renewals, and claims-related tasks
-Assist the team with daily administrative and clerical work
Compensation & Benefits:
-$21/hour during the two-month probation period
-$22/hour after passing the probation period
-Comprehensive training provided to help you get up to speed quickly
Work Environment:
-Friendly and supportive team, collaborative and enjoyable work atmosphere
-Primarily focused on commercial insurance, with fewer walk-in clients and phone calls
-Mostly computer-based tasks, structured and organized workflow
