Abcor Home Health, Inc. is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated Hiring Coordinator to join our team in our
West Suburban WSR - Lisle office.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in recruitment, orientation, onboarding, and training compassionate caregivers who support clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life at home. What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll support our Homecare team through high-volume recruiting and onboarding efforts, helping us bring in top caregiver talent to support our clients.
You’ll Do

Provide front desk support including answering calls, welcoming walk-ins, and guiding staff to ensure seamless operations

Manage caregiver onboarding efficiently, ensuring smooth and professional applicant experience and ensuring caregivers complete the hiring process
- Partner with branch leadership and Talent Acquisition Department to support and track recruiting goals and client census growth
- Maintaining and auditing employee files monthly to ensure compliance with regulations from agencies
- Assist with recruiting campaigns representing the organization at job fairs, career events, community outreach initiatives, and maintaining retention efforts
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED, Human Resources certificate preferred, and recruiting experience preferred

Bilingual in Spanish (required)

Strong phone presence, strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and applicant tracking systems

Must work 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for evening or weekend events based on community event dates
