Responsibilities
Utilizing experience in working with elementary school students, the Elementary School Guidance Counselor will provide individual and group counseling, behavior management, and academic advising. Responsibilities also include conflict management, promoting cultural diversity awareness, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and community resources to support students' social, emotional, and academic growth. Additionally, the counselor may engage in child welfare advocacy and provide guidance on childhood development and mental health counseling.

Pay: $51,212.00 - $110,163.00 per year
