Loretta Lynn’s Ranch has an opening for a customer service oriented, dependable individual with reliable transportation.
The primary position is Tour Guide and the secondary would be store clerk. The right candidate will be tasked with greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner that represents the Ranch and Loretta herself. Your primary role will be leading guided tour groups. This will require you to learn our tour script, FAQs, and general information about Loretta Lynn and Loretta Lynn's Ranch. You will be on your feet and walking a majority of the time while also projecting your voice during the tours. You will be outside half of the day during the tours. We are looking for someone that understands this position will have physical requirements such as: Being on your feet, walking short distances, being outside, climbing some steps, walking up a long ramp, etc. This position has potential to make tip compensation as well as base pay.
The secondary job will be the store clerk position. The primary responsibility will be facilitating information for guests while also selling various products offered in the shop. These products are generally themed around Loretta Lynn so it is helpful to learn a little about her life and legacy.
The right candidate must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and some holidays. Hours will vary based on event calendar and range from 9am until 5pm. Workload will vary according to our event calendar. This position also entails light cleaning work around the store and other various duties required by management. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and friendly experience for Loretta’s guests as they visit the Ranch.
