Maverick Contracting is seeking a highly motivated, high-energy Canvass Manager to lead and develop our field canvassing team. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career and play a key role in building a winning team and culture.
What You'll Do:
- Recruit, interview, hire, and develop canvassing talent
- Train and mentor new and existing team members
- Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching
- Hold team members accountable to activity and performance goals
- Manage daily canvassing operations and schedules
- Assist with performance management and terminations when necessary
- Help build and maintain a positive, competitive team culture
- Lead by example in the field
Requirements:
- Previous Door-to-Door (D2D) sales experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High energy and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000 – $120,000+ per year
- Base salary plus performance incentives
