About the Company
Balanced Behavioral Services is a BCBA-owned practice providing individualized ABA and Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) services to young children and their families in our Appleton clinic.
Our approach blends ABA with naturalistic, play-based intervention, with a strong focus on caregiver collaboration and meaningful skill development. As a small practice, we prioritize manageable caseloads, flexibility, and a supportive team culture.
This role is ideal for BCBAs who enjoy hands-on clinical work, including direct intervention and caregiver coaching, rather than primarily supervising staff.
Position Overview
- Part-time, hourly BCBA position focused on direct ABA and ESDM services
- Majority of time spent delivering direct intervention with children and caregiver training
- Conduct assessment and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement and monitor treatment plans while collaborating with caregivers
- Daytime hours
- Flexible schedule
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and Wisconsin licensure
- At least one year experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing direct services to children with autism
- Strong interest or experience in direct clinical work, caregiver training, Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) or interest in learning
- ESDM training and/or certification is preferred but not required
