Honda of Colerain is seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Insurance Sales Consultant to help expand our insurance sales operations. The Insurance Sales Consultant is responsible for generating new business opportunities, servicing existing customers, and educating clients on insurance products and coverage options. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers make informed decisions.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, text, and in-person communication

Generate new business through dealership referrals, customer leads, networking, and follow-up activities

Conduct insurance reviews and identify customer coverage needs

Prepare and present competitive insurance quotes

Explain policy coverages, benefits, exclusions, and pricing options

Recommend appropriate protection plans based on customer needs

Cross-sell and bundle insurance products to maximize customer value

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention goals

Stay current on industry trends, carrier programs, and regulatory requirements

Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused experience
Proven ability to work in sales, preferably in insurance or finance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle documentation thoroughly.
Self-starter / able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional attire and presentation.
Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
Willingness to complete required state/company insurance training.
Compensation & Benefits:
Full-time role with base + potential bonus/commission (depending on model)
