Position Overview
Damy Anderson State Farm is hiring a full-time licensed Insurance Sales Producer in Centennial, CO. This is a role for a proven producer — someone who already knows how to quote, close, and cross-sell, and who's looking for the room and support to do more of it. You'll work warm leads and inbound opportunities alongside your prospecting, with the autonomy to run your pipeline your way and an agency that backs you with marketing support, mentorship, and a clear path to growing your income.
Responsibilities
- Run a multiline pipeline end to end — prospecting, quoting, closing, and retaining Auto, Home, Life, and Health business
- Conduct consultative needs-based reviews that uncover coverage gaps and drive multiline household growth
- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly production targets across P&C and Life
- Build and work a referral network — existing clients, local businesses, and community partners
- Manage renewals, remarkets, and account rounding to protect and grow existing households
- Maintain disciplined pipeline and activity records in the agency management system
Qualifications
- 2+ years of insurance sales experience with a documented production record
- Active Colorado Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required at time of hire
- Demonstrated ability to close — you can speak to your quote-to-bind ratio, multiline rate, and monthly premium production
- Strong working knowledge of personal lines coverage, underwriting guidelines, and the quoting process
- Self-directed and accountable — you keep your calendar, pipeline, and follow-up on track without being chased
- Comfortable in a CRM/agency management system and disciplined about using it
- Collaborative, professional, and invested in the agency's reputation in the community
Benefits
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission
- SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with employer match
- Paid time off (vacation, sick, and personal days)
- Paid company holidays
- Paid continuing education and license renewals
- Marketing and lead support so your time goes to selling, not sourcing
- Clear career advancement paths
Pay range: $85,000-$125,000 per year
This includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses. Your earning potential grows with your production — top performers exceed this range.
