Are you a natural leader who enjoys working with people, driving sales, and helping a team succeed? Brightside Car Wash is looking for a dependable and motivated Team Lead to help oversee daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and grow our membership program.
As a veteran-owned, full-service car wash, we take pride in providing a professional environment where hard work, accountability, and customer service are recognized and rewarded.
As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and helping the business grow. Responsibilities include:

Opening and/or closing the store
- Answering phones and assisting customers
- Scheduling appointments for detailing and other services
- Upselling wash packages, detailing services, and memberships
- Managing and growing our membership program
- Motivating team members to achieve sales and service goals
- Assisting with customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional facility
- Supporting management with day-to-day operations
- Leading by example through professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and make good decisions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation

Brightside Car Wash currently operates two Naperville locations. Team Leads may occasionally be required to float between locations based on business needs, staffing coverage, or special events.
