As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help customers find exactly what they need—and perhaps something they didn’t know they wanted—from our catalog and online store. Full- and part-time seasonal positions are available!

Current Customer Service Hours of Operation:
Monday – Saturday: 8:00am – 8:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 6:30pm
A Sampling of What You’ll Do
- Assist customers by phone with orders from our catalog or online store
- Answer questions about products and orders
- Build product knowledge about The Vermont Country Store’s offerings
- Connect with customers and build relationships during calls
Who We’re Looking For
