Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring a smooth checkout process.
- Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to maintain an appealing store layout.
- Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote sales.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Supervise junior staff or volunteers as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Skills
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and register operations.
