Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Marketing/Sales to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and client engagement. You will also represent our agency during appointments with potential clients, showcasing the compassionate and high-quality care we provide. Ideal for a Retired Nurse/CNA or someone with Medical Experience that want to work Per-Dime
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and sales plans aligned with company goals
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
- Clearly communicate the services offered by our agency
- Collaborate with office staff to support client onboarding
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and outreach events
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in home health or healthcare preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
Requirements
- Eligible for Level 2 background screening
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Medical or home health agency experience preferred
