What you'll own
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that ties directly to business goals and revenue targets
- Manage your own pipeline with high-value and complex deals
- Provide strategic direction on key opportunities and serve as a trusted resource on advanced sales tactics
- Partner with internal teams to ensure every customer interaction is seamless and high quality
- Analyze pipeline performance, forecasts, and metrics to continuously sharpen strategy
- Streamline and optimize sales processes to shorten cycles and improve conversion rates
- Build and maintain sales enablement resources so the team always has what it needs to win
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to keep our approach competitive
- Surface insights and recommendations grounded in data and best practices
What you bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years in sales, with at least 5 in a senior leadership or high-impact individual contributor capacity
- A strong track record of driving revenue growth, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value B2B or SaaS deals
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — you know how to bring stakeholders along
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (we use HubSpot), sales productivity tools, and performance tracking systems
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical instincts
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing momentum in a fast-moving environment
