Pay: $30.00/hr - $32.00/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Lead Komori Press Operator for a direct-hire opportunity with a growing company in Monroeville, AL. This position offers an excellent benefits package and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating Komori presses, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead production efforts while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain Komori printing presses
Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
Lead press operations to ensure production schedules are met
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Work closely with production and management teams to maximize efficiency
Qualifications
Proven experience operating Komori presses
Strong understanding of offset printing processes and quality control
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and print-quality issues
Leadership experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Schedule
Training: First Shift for approximately 3 weeks
Permanent Schedule: Second Shift
