Quality Control Technician
We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform incoming inspection of raw materials and components for advanced manufacturing products. The ideal candidate will have experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and measuring microscopes, along with the ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming inspection of mechanical components and raw materials.
- Use precision measuring instruments to verify product specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Document inspection results and identify non-conforming materials.
- Support quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of incoming quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and measuring microscopes.
- Experience with CMM, metrology, or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
