Compensation:
<1 year: $27.42/hr
2–3 years: $29.89/hr
4–5 years: $31.12/hr
6–7 years: $32.36/hr
9–10+ years: $33.59/hr
16+ years: $36.95/hr
Shift Differentials:
Nights: +$3.25/hr
Weekends: +$2.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 (available for Evening and Night shifts)

Job Description
Position Overview
Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist in Gainesville, FL. In this role, you will deliver high-quality respiratory care in a state-of-the-art acute care environment. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team committed to exceptional patient outcomes and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage routine and advanced respiratory care therapies and equipment
Perform and interpret Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
Monitor patient responses, side effects, and medication dosages
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and equipment use
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experience (acute care preferred—ICU, CVICU, NICU, PICU, or Critical Care). Home care or long-term care experience considered.
Licensure: Active Florida Respiratory Care License.
Certifications:
RRT or CRT (NBRC) – Required
BLS – Required
ACLS – Within 30 days of hire
PALS – Within 30 days of hire
NRP – Within 30 days of hire
