Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate

Emerson Hardwood Floors is seeking a dependable, hardworking Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Woodinville. This is a full-time, physically demanding position ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and being part of a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for safely delivering hardwood flooring products to customer locations using a curtain-side straight truck, as well as supporting daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a curtain-side straight truck to deliver hardwood flooring to customers
- Load and unload flooring materials at job sites and in the warehouse
- Pull and stage customer orders accurately
- Secure loads properly for safe transport
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
- Assist with general warehouse duties including organization, cleaning, and inventory support
Requirements:
- Must have prior straight truck driving experience
- Clean driving record (required)
- Ability to lift and carry 50–80 lb bundles repeatedly throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Pre-employment Physical, Drug Screen, Lift Test and Background Check required
Schedule & Benefits:
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday
- Some overtime may be required
