Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Assist customers in gallery sales by explaining artwork details, processing purchases, and maintaining visual displays.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, including food handling and preparation tasks.
- Manage time effectively to handle busy periods while ensuring accuracy in cash handling and sales documentation.
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies, organizing merchandise, and tracking sales data accurately.
- Check Market prices to get competitive, proper cost and income items
- Work with the Marketing department to increase clientele.
