Job Description
Responsible for inspection, repair, quality control and delivery of computers, laptops, Chromebooks, servers, storage sub-systems and networking devices. The candidate will benefit from computer hardware experience and a working knowledge for various Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications. The candidate will also be expected to be very efficient and work well with clients and other employees. The candidate takes responsibility for follow-up services or problem escalation, maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress, and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction. These responsibilities will take place in Clear Winds' offices and at client sites. Travel will be expected for some clients up to 75%. Candidate will be expected to certify in client and server programs.
