Schedule:
Part-time hours 12:00pm-5:00/5:30pm (flexibility within that range) with possible morning hours as needed.
What you’ll do:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers
- Plan and support age-appropriate activities that encourage growth and learning
- Meet each child’s individual needs (feeding, diapering, naps, cuddles included)
- Communicate openly with families about their child’s day and development
- Work collaboratively with a caring, team-oriented staff
- Keep classrooms clean, organized, and welcoming
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children (childcare or classroom experience preferred)
- Knowledge of early childhood development
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and positive behavior guidance
- A genuine love for caring for babies and young children
