Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated full or part time childcare assistant/floater to join our team. This role requires a commitment to early childhood education principles and the ability to engage children through creative learning experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Provide individualized attention to students, ensuring each child's needs are met through tailored instruction and support.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Cover classroom during teacher breaks and absences.
- Monitor lunchroom
- Follow Keestone Academy policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by administration.
Job Type: Full or Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Qualifications
- Experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A patient, nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for teaching young children.
