Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs on engines, transmissions, powertrains, suspensions, and steering systems, including diesel engine repair and auto body repairs when necessary.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacement, brake repair, and vehicle maintenance checks.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools proficiently to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components following manufacturer specifications.
- Service all mechanical areas and auto electrical systems to ensure modern vehicle safety features function correctly.
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive problems effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle conditions and recommended services.
Skills
- Proven certified dealership experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, transmissions, and suspension systems.
- Skilled in using schematics for troubleshooting electrical issues and mechanical failures.
- Hands-on experience with auto estimating software and customer service skills for clear communication with clients
- Familiarity with Ford vehicles or similar makes is a plus; experience working with diesel engines is highly desirable.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
