We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient education, innovated, and building lasting relationships with patients and the team.

What a day to day at Hillcrest Dental may include:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing
- Conduct periodontal charting and oral health assessments
- Take xrays and intra oral photos as needed
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to help patients achieve their oral health goals through preventive and restorative treatment options, including aligners.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA standards
- Report and track daily hygiene statistics

Must have:
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Nevada
- Local anesthesia certification (required)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong team mindset
- Laser certification (preferred)
- Experience with Open Dental or similar software preferred
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
