Join our BellyAcres team as a Server/Bartender (Full Service), where you will be the heart of our guest experience! Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery.
- Mix and serve drinks responsibly, upselling specialty cocktails and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bar, dining space, and food prep zones.
- Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and resetting tables efficiently to maximize turnover.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately while processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms.
- Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address inquiries or concerns promptly, and promote additional sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy; experience with cashiering preferred.
