are actively expanding our network of independent cleaning professionals and are looking for reliable, experienced Day Porters to join our subcontractor
team. This is a 1099 subcontracting opportunity — meaning you work as your own business, on recurring accounts, with consistent scheduled shifts.
Requirements
- Registered LLC with valid EIN number
- General Liability Insurance — minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence
- Workers Compensation Insurance
- Own professional-grade cleaning equipment and supplies
- Prior experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning
- Reliable transportation
- Background check required prior to onboardingRequirements

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of multi-tenant commercial facilities throughout
the day
- Perform routine cleaning of common areas, restrooms, lobbies, and
break rooms
- Restock supplies, remove trash, and respond to immediate cleaning
needs
- Uphold Bluetower's quality and service standards on every account
- Communicate professionally with on-site property contacts
