We're growing, and we're looking for an HVAC Service Technician who wants steady work, real career growth, and an office that actually has your back in the field.

What you'll do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light-commercial heating and cooling systems
- Perform seasonal tune-ups, preventative maintenance, and emergency service calls
- Install or assist with new equipment when needed
- Clearly explain issues and options to homeowners, no pressure, just honest recommendations
- Keep your truck stocked, your paperwork clean, and your jobs documented in [ServiceTitan / your software]
- Represent All Around Heating and Cooling as a clean, on-time, respectful professional in every home
What we're looking for
Required:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable lifting up to [50] lbs and working in attics, crawlspaces, on roofs, and in all weather
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-first attitude
Bonus points:
- Experience with [heat pumps / ductless mini-splits / commercial RTUs]
- [State] HVAC license
- [2]+ years of HVAC service experience (or less — see below if you're early-career)
- EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
