Marketing Production Assistant
Pure Cannabis Outlet is seeking a creative, motivated, and adaptable Marketing Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. This role focuses on creating engaging digital content for in-store displays, promotions, social media, and advertising platforms across multiple retail locations.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Canva and video editing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to bring fresh ideas to life while helping maintain a strong and consistent brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain promotional graphics and marketing materials using Canva
- Create and edit short-form video content for digital displays and social media
- Assist with in-store promotional content, advertising graphics, and menu visuals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute weekly campaigns and promotions
- Brainstorm and implement new creative ideas and marketing initiatives
- Maintain consistency in branding and visual presentation across all platforms
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving retail environment
Qualifications
- Strong Canva design experience (advanced skill level preferred)
- Experience with video editing software/apps
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in cannabis marketing or retail marketing is a plus, but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
