Sustainable Management, Inc. is currently seeking a motivated, detail orientated individual to fill the Community Manager position at two of our properties in Springfield Missouri.

The position is full-time (up to 40 hours per week). Staff will be required to be on a rotating schedule for on-call nights and weekends for emergencies only.
Qualified applicants should be self-starters with great people and time-management skills. Experience in tax credit housing (LIHTC) management is preferred. Experience with Yardi management software is a plus.
Applicants must have a clear criminal background to qualify for employment. A clean driving record and your own transportation is required.
Compensation will be based on relevant experience.
