Residential Cleaning Technician I

Starting Pay: $15.00/hour (2-week probationary period)
After Successful Probation: $17.00/hour minimum, with opportunities for additional raises and advancement based on performance.

What You'll Do
As a Residential Cleaning Technician I, you'll work as part of a team cleaning clients' homes according to our company procedures and quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other residential spaces
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Following company cleaning systems and checklists
- Working efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
- Communicating professionally with team members and clients
- Driving the company vehicle when needed (must have a valid driver's license)
- Helping maintain equipment and supplies

- Able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience
- Leadership, supervisory, or management experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience training or leading others
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
