Healing Strides is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Equine Care Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with horses and maintaining a positive work environment. We are a growing, fast paced Therapeutic Facility with 28+ horses that we consider to be part of our staff. We are looking for energetic, hard working, team oriented members to support our ever growing program.
Duties:
- Provide daily care for horses including feeding, mucking, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of stables, pastures, and equipment
- Monitor the health and well-being of horses
- Operate farm machinery and power tools for maintenance task
- Basic farm maintenance (mend fencing, wheelbarrows, etc.)
- Maintenance on farm machinery/tools as assigned
Experience:
- Experience in equine care and handling
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining farm machinery (not required, but preferred)
- Ability to use power tools for various tasks (not required, but preferred)
- Experience in mechanic and farm maintenance is a plus

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
