About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will serve as a vital guardian of product integrity within a high-precision manufacturing environment. You will leverage your technical expertise in blueprint interpretation and precision measurement to ensure that every component meets rigorous standards, directly impacting the reliability of our final assemblies.
Responsibilities-
Conduct thorough inspections of machined components at various production stages to ensure strict adherence to engineering specifications.

Utilize advanced precision instruments, including micrometers, calipers, vision systems, and optical comparators, to verify critical dimensions and surface finishes.

Execute First Article Inspections and document findings to maintain compliance with quality management systems.

Collaborate closely with CNC machinists to troubleshoot production issues and provide real-time feedback that improves overall process efficiency.

Perform detailed audits and visual checks to identify and record any non-conformances, ensuring only defect-free parts proceed through the workflow.

Maintain accurate quality records and inspection logs, utilizing digital systems to track data and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a precision inspection or quality control role within a manufacturing setting.

Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Demonstrated ability to use a wide range of manual and electronic measurement tools.

Solid mathematical aptitude and basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.

Experience with CMM programming and PC-DMIS software.

Background in multi-axis machining or root cause analysis.
