- Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment, including flexo-folder/gluers, corrugators, and intricate die-cut machines
- Follow specific directions and operate powered hand tools
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner (safety-sensitive position)
- Read a tape measure to one-sixteenth of an inch
- Use basic math and computer skills
- Work safely and comply with all safety policies and regulations
- Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Navigate stairs and ladders, and stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift
- High school or technical diploma or equivalent preferred
- Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical
- Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
