The Line-service technician functions as the hands and feet of the business, providing technical support for our guests as they arrive and depart on a variety of different aircraft. The Line-service technician must develop and possess the knowledge and skills to safely and efficiently serve pilots and passengers with the technical needs of their aircraft while simultaneously delivering exceptional customer service in a friendly and solution-driven manner.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Build relationships with frequent customers
· Deliver exceptional customer service
· Greeting, parking, towing, moving, fueling and marshaling arriving and departing aircrafts
· De-icing the aircraft
· Being able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
· Being able to lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs. (assisting crew with baggage and cargo)
· Assist team members with simple preventative maintenance tasks for equipment & facilities
· Observes all safety, environmental and general housekeeping rules and policies
Skills/Qualifications/Experience/Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED
· Perpetually positive attitude
· Work well in a team setting
· Displays excellent leadership skills with high standards
· Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
· Self-motivated
· Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
· Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
· Must possess a valid state driver’s license
· Previous experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
